Neutral Space Relaxation: A safe nurturing space is created for you to feel held. Using gentle rocks & holds the body returns to deep relaxation, our natural state. Improves mental health by releasing stress and anxieties. Experience it to believe it.
Yoga: Using meditation, embodied movement, hatha and vinyasa flow, deep relaxation and intentions to help you explore inwards and expand the body, mind and soul on and off the mat!
