I make and sell Bean to Bar chocolate, the cacao beans are sustainably sourced and organic.

In the shop I also stock a few goods from businesses I want to support and art work from artists I collaborate with.

The most important for me is transparency and fairness, the chocolate industry is unfortunately lacking from both these values, this is why I created Terre de Sienne, to offer locally an alternative to "bad chocolate". I also put a lot of thought in the packaging making it both sustainable (plastic free) and perfect for gift, as the wrappers are designed by an artist for my main collection & by different ones for the collection made in collaboration with UK based artists.
