The 24-year-old becomes the Reds’ fourth signing of the summer and joins the Club following a prolonged period at fellow National League outfit Wealdstone.
A Watford academy product, Dom is another new arrival at the Sussex Transport Community Stadium that boasts plenty of experience in the National League – a trait that will be invaluable to the Reds as they prepare for their first foray in fifth tier football.
Hutchinson is no stranger to Sussex, having spent the duration of the 2021/22 season on loan at Eastbourne Borough while still on the books at Vicarage Road.
Despite just being a fledgling talent, the winger managed to score eight goals for the Sports in the National League South, which was enough to convince Wealdstone to secure his services following his release from Watford.
Further loan spells in the NLS for Slough Town and St Albans City ensued, where Hutchinson continued to impress and develop his skillset.
Playing predominately at right wing-back last season, our newest Rebel still recorded eight goal contributions in the league in the form of five goals and three assists.

As recently as April of this year, Dom was part of the Wealdstone side that competed in the FA Trophy 2026 final against Southend United at Wembley Stadium, alongside yesterday’s addition Ashley Nathaniel-George.
The Englishman started and completed 78 minutes on the pitch, as the Stones held Southend to a goalless draw before agonisingly losing 4-2 on penalties.
Despite being only 24, Hutchinson has featured in almost 200 senior matches across the National League system, a testament to his fitness and reliability.
Reacting to Dom’s signature, boss Adam Hinshelwood commented: “I am really pleased that the Club has managed to get this deal over the line and Dom chose to join our project here.
