Growing up locally, McEvaddy played grassroots football before joining Lewes FC at 15, where she played for the Rooks’ Under 16 and Development Squad.
The midfielder took her first steps into women’s football at 16, joining Saltdean United’s Development Squad whilst beginning to train with the first team.
In the second and third years of her three-season stint with the Tigers, McEvaddy stepped up to the first team, enjoying regular action in East Sussex. During her time at Saltdean, the youngster also captained BHASVIC for two years, winning back-to-back league titles.
Making her debut off the bench against Southampton Women’s, the midfielder started the Rebels’ second game of pre-season against AFC Portchester, and is now officially here to stay!
