Public car parks across the Adur district being tidied up

Our teams are smartening up our car parks to make them cleaner, tidier and safer for people to use - and they're quickly making a difference.

These photos show the impact of weeding and bush clearance at Tarmount Lane car park and our residents' car park in Brighton Road, Shoreham.

Both the Ropetackle car park and the Southwick Square car park have also been weeded to make them look smarter and cleaner.

The team are visiting each of our ground level car parks to cut back undergrowth, remove overhanging branches, trim shrubbery and generally make the sites neater and tidier.

We're investing in our sites across Sompting, Lancing, Shoreham, Southwick and Fishersgate to make them brighter and more welcoming places to visit.
