The Englishman, who can be deployed in the centre of defence and across the midfield, regularly trained with the Reds during our title-winning campaign having been registered on dual terms with Littlehampton.
Spicer made a single senior appearance at the Sussex Transport Community Stadium last season, coming on for Toby Byron during the closing stages of March’s 2-0 home success over Chesham United.
In his formative years spent in the academy setup at Woodside, Owen had spells on loan at Burgess Hill, Chichester City and Lancing before agreeing Dual Registration terms with the latter for the 2024/25 season.
Still only 22 years old, the academy product will provide depth across multiple areas, with his versatility a valuable asset to the squad.
