Following the success of last year’s event held at Woodside Road, StriveAid returns for another year.
StriveAid is a charity football match organised by Striver, the abuse-free social media platform co-founded by former Brazil international Gilberto Silva and Sussex local, Tim Chase.
Brazilian World Cup winner Gilberto Silva and former teammate Roberto Carlos are putting two teams together once more and will go head-to-head on the pitch at Woodside Road in aid of charity.
In addition to the two legendary team captains, former professional players, media personalities and YouTubers will make up the rest of the teams – follow @Strivermadeforfans on Instagram for regular announcements in the build up to the big day.
The all-action event commences at 2pm, with the StriveAid Youth game kicking off on the pitch at 3pm. Off the pitch, Worthing’s match in the Enterprise National League away to Gateshead will be live streamed and shown around the stadium, with that match also scheduled to begin at 3pm live on DAZN.
Following this, there will be other activities involving some of the celebrities involved in the main event , which kicks off at approximately 5:30pm, with Team Gilberto Silva facing off against Team Roberto Carlos.
Various activities and food and drink will be available throughout the day. Please note, there is no access to the Stand Bar from 5pm as it will be closed for a private event.
Fans are kindly informed that re-entry will NOT be allowed should you leave the ground at any point during the event
Tickets can be purchased via Fanbase now, with the pricing as follows:
Adults (18+) : £15.00
Concessions*: £8.00

A Family Bundle and Team Bundle are also available, which offers a ticket package at a discounted rate.

Bag searches will be conducted on arrival, anyone found to be bringing food or alcohol onto the premises will have it confiscated.
Demand for tickets is expected to be high, therefore we recommend securing yours at the earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment.
The inaugural StriveAid was held at Lewes Football Club in 2024 with the likes of Jens Lehmann, Stiliyan Petrov, JaackMaate, Thogden and Danny Aarons all taking part, while last year Angry Ginge competed at Woodside Road shortly before winning I’m a Celebrity Get me Out of Here, while former Arsenal forward Jeremy Aliadiere also featured.
