An unbeaten month consisted of three successive victories and entertaining draws against AFC Fylde, Barrow AFC and Yeovil Town.
The month began with a late Razzaq Coleman De-Graft equaliser salvaging a point for the Reds away to the former, prior to Dom Hutchinson’s brace completing a comeback from two goals down to prevent Barrow from taking all three points at the Sussex Transport Community Stadium.
Returning to winning ways in a slender midweek win over National League South play-off winners Hornchurch courtesy of Ricky Aguiar’s close-range goal, that success was swiftly reaffirmed by an impressive 3-1 triumph over Hartlepool United. Aguiar netted once more with a stunning volley, with the other goals provided by Cory Adjetey-Brew and Jose Marquez.
Three wins on the bounce was recorded with a 2-1 home victory over FC Halifax Town at Woodside Road, which included Jordan Young opening his goalscoring account for the Rebels before Adam Hinshelwood’s side battled hard to collect another point on the road at Yeovil Town.
Queens Park Rangers loanee Adjetey-Brew was the first recipient of the WFCSA 2026/27 Player of the Month Awards, with the teenager being publicly voted as the Reds’ best player of the first month.
