-By paying your subscription fee to Independent Worthing, and using the services provided by the ‘Subscribe to Save’ membership, you are accepting the terms and conditions layed out here in this document.

-If you have been given free access to a subscription for any reason, you agree to the terms and conditions layed out in this document by using your subscription.

-Independent Worthing have the right to change the offers, and the terms and conditions, at any time and for any reason. It is the user’s/ subscriber’s responsibility to make sure they check the website regularly to keep updated regarding current offers and the membership terms and conditions. Continued use of your membership will be deemed as acceptance of any changes.

-Any use of your membership is for you alone and it is your responsibility to ensure this. If you have any reason to believe your membership security has been compromised, you must inform us in writing immediately.

-Please make sure you provide us with accurate information and ensure your banking and contact details are kept up to date.

-Independent Worthing reserves the right to discontinue your membership at any time and for any reason. In the unlikely event of this happening, we will inform you in writing.

-You have the right to cancel your membership at any time. If however you cancel within 14 days of the next due payment, your membership will be cancelled after that payment.

-If you want to be able to use your membership straight away, you will need to instruct us that you are happy to opt out of the 14 day cancellation period we are obliged to offer by law. You do this when you sign up, by instructing us that you are happy to allow payment straight away. This also applies to renewals.

-It is not possible to transfer your membership to someone else.

-The price of the ‘Subscribe to Save’ membership plan is £4.99 per month. If we change this, we will inform you in writing and allow a notice period of at least 30 days.

-Any charges you may incur by your own bank related to payment are bourne by you.

-Membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

-Independent Worthing isn’t liable for any breach in security related to a third party provider – e.g. our payment system. We will obviously do everything reasonable within our power to ensure your data is secure.

-Independent Worthing do not accept responsiblity for, or guarantee satisfaction from services provided by third parties (our indies). We do ask that you let us know of any issues you encounter so that we can be aware and take your experiences into consideration when planning any changes to the membership.

-It is your responsibility to make sure you are aware of the terms and conditions of each member business prior to accessing their offers.

-By allowing member businesses to join the ‘Subscribe to Save’ scheme, Independent Worthing are not vetting or endorsing the businesses. We are not experts and cannot take responsibility for any aspect of the service or product provided by our member businesses. It is up to you (the subscriber) to operate due diligence and check you are happy with any service or business you engage in a transaction with.

-There may be times when services are not available – e.g. a business is closed or out of stock, or the Independent Worthing website is encountering technical issues. This should be part of the expectation of the subscriber and does not qualify for refund or formal complaint. We will of course do our utmost to minimise any disruption with our website, but cannot be responsible for the actions of our member businesses in this regard.

-Member businesses will reserve the right to refuse service to any subscriber, and to decline to fulfil the offer if they do not have capacity. We would hope that every effort is made to fulfil offers wherever possible, and would expect member businesses to inform us of any refusal on any grounds relating to a subscriber.

-When we refer to Independent Worthing informing subscribers or subscribers informing Independent Worthing in writing, we are specifically referring to email communication. We are unable to take responsibility for any failure to deliver emails, and request that you ensure your email address details are kept up to date with us and check your spam folder regularly.

-Independent Worthing cannot be responsible or liable for any perceived loss, damage or other difficulty arising from interaction with member businesses or use of the ‘Subscribe to Save’ membership.

-A charge of £2 will be applied for replacement of physical membership cards
