Unwrapped

We are EVERSO excited with what 2022 has in store - lots of new projects and collaborations - but don't worry, we haven't forgotten where we came from! We still want to make sure we keep you informed and give you the inside scoop on all the gorgeous and talented indies out there in and around Worthing!
So, here's our first 'Unwrapped' feature of the year, which is dedicated to a favourite indie discovery of ours: the incredibly talented and all-round lovely Toni Heath of Cuttlebone Photography.
Toni has done some really interesting work, including her 'lockdown door diaries' and collabs with local legends Flowers4 and Foraged by Fern. She is available for a variety of photography work - head over to her socials and website (all @ cuttlebone.co.uk) for more deets.
Toni will be offering us some really generous support in showcasing local businesses going forwards, more of that coming soon.... in the meantime, dig in, get comfy and read about this gem of a photographer we have in our midst.
Oh, and IW subscribers get a discount with Toni - so if any of you out there fancies a shoot with her, it's well worth subscribing just to get this. We might even get some of the IW team done!!
Here we go.
IW: What is your favourite thing about Worthing?
TH: Having nature so close to hand and the vibrant creative community that exists here. I’ve met so many incredible people.
IW: Name one thing on your bucket list
TH: Travel through South America with my camera.
IW: What does your perfect breakfast look like?
TH: Eggs florentine with a side of mushrooms, an orange juice and tea.
IW: What do you buy loads more of than other people, and why?
TH: Hmmm. Could be scented candles (I’m obsessed with them) but probably animal food, bedding etc haha
IW: Name a favourite album, film, book or TV show and tell us what it does for you
TH: The book The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. It was read to us so much as children and holds a very special place in my heart.
IW: Which season is your favourite - explain
TH: I’m asked this a lot and I can never decide between Spring and Autumn, both have amazing sunrises and sunsets. I love Spring for its slightly warmer temperatures, new growth popping up and lighter evenings and Autumn for the changing colours and scents of damp earth in the air.
IW: What inspired you to start your own business?
TH: I’d probably refer to my blog as it’s too long winded for a 2-sentence answer haha
IW: What is the best thing about what you do?
TH: Having people trust my creative ability to bring their stories to life through imagery.
IW: What do you get up to in your spare time?
TH: Being active. Whether that’s riding, walking the dog, salsa dancing, climbing or yoga.
IW: What’s your guilty pleasure?
TH: Binge watching a Netflix or Amazon Prime series
