BYFC Santa Run
The Santa Run is a fun, inclusive event for children aged 3-16 years. The event is all about participation, enjoyment and raising money for Billingshurst Youth Football, rather than competition. We welcome children of all running abilities and encourage everyone to take part at their own pace.

Yes, the route is fully accessible, and children of all abilities are encouraged to take part.
No. This is a fun, non-competitive event. Participants will not be officially timed, but are welcome to record their own times if they wish.
Yes. Parents and guardians are welcome to accompany children around the route. Please note that accompanying adults will not receive a medal.
Parents, guardians and carers remain responsible for their children at all times throughout the event.
Yes, all registered children who complete the 2K Run will receive a medal.
No. Bikes, scooters, skateboards and similar equipment are not permitted. Wheelchairs and mobility aids are welcome.
Only registered assistance or guide dogs are permitted on the route.
Yes. Christmassy drinks and snacks (for both adults and children) will be available in the clubhouse after the run.
Limited onsite parking is available. Where possible, please walk, use public transport or car share.
Yes. Photography and filming may take place for promotional and fundraising purposes. Images may be used in future publications, social media, websites and other promotional material.
Photography preferences can be indicated during registration. Please also inform event staff on the day if you do not wish your child to be photographed. While every effort will be made to respect preferences, participants may appear incidentally in crowd shots.
All funds raised will support Billingshurst Youth Football across a variety of ways including the end of season awards day.
Comfortable clothing and suitable running shoes are recommended. We’d love to see as many Christmas jumpers or Billingshurst Football kits as possible!
The event will go ahead in most weather conditions. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered participants.

BYFC Santa Run
The BYFC Santa Run is a casual, fun and Christmassy fundraiser for friends and family, supporting the youth football club.
The Billingshurst Youth Football Club are hosting their first ever Santa Run this year!
Come and join Santa and your friends on a 2 kilometer kids' Christmassy Fun Run.
Tickets are £5 + eventbrite booking fee. Only children need a ticket. Accompanying parents or coaches don't need to pay to run.
Please arrive at club house for registration at 1.30pm. The run will start at 2.00pm.
The route will take the children around Jubilee Fields and finish up with Christmassy snacks and drinks for all the family back at the clubhouse. We will have marshals along the route keeping everyone safe, giving out high 5s and spreading Christmas cheer!
Tickets are £5. This includes a Santa hat and medal for every child taking part.
All money raised will go to BYFC.
Children must be able to run 2 kilometers. Pre-school aged children must be accompanied by an adult.
Sorry, but no dogs on the run please.
Christmassy outfits are strongly encouraged. Or wear your BYFC kit. A prize will be awarded to the most Christmassy runner!
