New Year's Eve 2026 at Sussex Yacht Club

See in 2027 at Sussex Yacht Club with an evening of food, drinks and celebration. Enjoy a three-course menu, a complimentary glass of bubbly on arrival and dancing into the New Year.

Starters

• Roquefort salad with pears, chicory and walnuts
• Buffalo prawns served with garlic mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce
• Chicken, apricot and pistachio terrine served with salad garnish and crusty bread
• Tomato and basil bruschetta served with salad garnish and balsamic glaze

Mains

• Chicken roulade wrapped in Parma ham, served with dauphinoise potatoes, seasonal greens and chicken jus
• Luxury fish pie with prawns, scallops, haddock and salmon, served with seasonal greens and lemon butter
• Slow-cooked shin of beef served with creamed mashed potatoes, seasonal greens and red wine jus
• Nut roast (Vegan) served with homemade tomato and basil sauce, crushed new potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Desserts

• Homemade boozy chocolate orange trifle
• Poached pear (Vegan) served in spiced red wine jus with vegan ice cream
• Homemade apple strudel served with vanilla ice cream
• Cheese board with a selection of cheeses, biscuits, chutney and grapes

Choose your setting for the evening

Celebrate the evening across Stow's Restaurant and our Members Bar, with both spaces offering their own atmosphere for the evening. If you prefer a quieter and more intimate setting, we recommend requesting a table in our Members Bar. When booking your tickets, please let us know where you would like to be seated and who you would like to sit with, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note: This is a members-only event. Non-members may only attend as invited guests of a member. All tickets must be purchased by a current member, and a valid membership number will be required at the time of booking.
