Skills Of Leadership (module 8)

This module provides the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to be an effective leader, including leadership styles, action-centred leadership and systematic planning.

Skills of Leadership is for anyone working towards their Section Wood Badge or anyone who would like to broaden their skills.

You’ll learn about:

· models, tools and techniques for effective leadership, and leadership styles.
