"A Three-Hour Hit of Fatherhood, Funk and Foolishness" π
π Date: Thursday, 19th November
π Time: 7pm - 10pm
π Location: Freedom Works, The Mill Building, 31 Chatsworth Rd, Worthing BN11 1LY, UK
π Theme: Menstrual Health Project - Beyond the Period: Empowering Dads to Support Menstrual Health
"Menstrual Health Project is an award-winning UK charity improving education, awareness and support for menstrual health, gynaecological conditions and menopause."
"Periods are a normal part of life, yet many dads and male caregivers feel unsure about how to talk about menstrual health or recognise when something isn't right. This interactive workshop is designed to build confidence, provide practical knowledge and create a safe, judgement-free space for honest conversations.
Through a conversational approach, you will gain a better understanding of menstrual health and learn how to support daughters, partners and family members with compassion and confidence."
