Working With Adults (module 9)

This module provides the knowledge and skills to communicate effectively with other adults and understand how teams work, including the different roles people play and how different personality types impact on teams.

Working with Adults is for anyone working towards their Section Wood Badge or anyone who would like to broaden their skills.

You’ll learn about:

· effective communication

· listening skills

· decision making structures

· representing others.

Please note that it is County policy that the Group will be required to pay a fee of £10 for any adult who does not attend without prior notice. If you need to cancel your place you can do this by re-visiting the booking procedure or by emailing toni.mitchell@westsussexscouts.org.uk.
